30 days to marketing that finally works.

You know exactly how to help the people on your caseload. Getting the next ones to find you is the part nobody taught you.

Maybe your Google Business Profile hasn't been touched since you set it up. Maybe your Instagram has four posts from two years ago and a little guilt every time you open the app. Maybe your Psychology Today profile says almost nothing about what makes you different, and your website has never once made you proud.

The marketing side just tends to sit at the bottom of a very long list, underneath the actual clinical work, the actual notes, the actual life you're also living.

Imagine thirty days from now. Your Google listing has real photos and real reviews from people who can speak to your work. Your website says exactly who you help and how to book, in words someone would actually type into a search bar. Your Instagram bio does its job, your highlights are worth clicking through, and you have a plan for what to post instead of a blank box on Sunday night. Your Psychology Today profile sounds like you, not like every other listing on the page.

Thirty small, specific steps get you there.

Not one big push that you'll never find the time for.

That's the Practice Glow Up Challenge.

One task a day, about thirty minutes, for thirty days. Each day opens with a short lesson on one specific piece of getting found (what it is, why it matters) and closes with one clear action to finish before you move to the next one. A helper built into every day's lesson already knows what you're working on, so the moment you get stuck isn't the moment you give up and close the tab.

Here's how the month runs.

Week 1 is local visibility: auditing your intake so interested people don't fall through the cracks, then claiming, photographing, reviewing, posting to, and filling out the Q&A on your Google Business Profile, plus getting listed on the directories that matter.

Week 2 is your website and search: your home page headline, your about page, a specialty page, your fees page, a blog post with internal links, schema markup (the invisible code that tells Google and AI tools exactly what you do and where), FAQs, and making sure your scheduler is impossible to miss.

Week 3 is Instagram: your bio, your highlights, your pinned posts, and a week of content actually planned instead of invented in a panic.

Week 4 is Psychology Today and email: your profile, a short video, reviews, and an email signature that quietly advertises you on every message you send.

Then two bonus days on networking and on connecting everything you just built into one working funnel, and a final stretch that hands you two weeks of ready-to-use post templates and walks you through checking what actually moved: your profile views, your website traffic, your inquiries.

You've tried to get consistent with marketing before and lost momentum somewhere in the middle.

You'd rather be handed one task a day than stare at a blank strategy document.

Thirty minutes is something you can find. Three uninterrupted hours is not.

You've taken courses, listened to podcasts, and still feel like you start your week staring at a blank screen, wondering where to start

I ran this exact curriculum live, in person, at Salt City Marketing Day this past August.

Ten therapists filled out a feedback form afterward.

You may be wondering how I know this works..

You may have even seen my most recent series, where I'm trying to double my own practice's referrals to 40-80 referrals each month ⬇️

But I'm not the only one this has worked for..

Members inside my marketing community get results like this every single week with my carefully curated social media prompts.

My marketing is rooted in doing thing that will attract private-pay clients, and doing them efficiently. Time is a valuable resource, and I intend to protect yours!

Ready to stop putting your own marketing underneath everything else on your list?

For the last 7 years, I have done all of my own marketing for my fully virtual, private pay practice. Through the SEO, LLMO, social media, networking relationships, and back-end details I've implemented, we currently have..

20-40 inquiries coming in every single month, mostly from our website, Google searches, and AI searches.

Over 10,000 impressions and 73 clicks in 7 days on my practice's website.

Top search result for various search terms in ChatGPT for different types of therapy (and sometimes, I come up second, behind one of my own students!).

You may be wondering..

  • "I won't be able to make it to the kickoff call, can I still participate?"

Yes! The kickoff call will be recorded and added to your dashboard as soon as the call is over, so you can watch it on your own time and pick right back up with us for Day 1.

  • "I've tried other marketing courses, and it didn't bring any results."

The thing that sets the challenge apart is that it is much more paced and guided than a stand-alone course. You will be given bite-size tasks each day that work together to position you as the expert in your field. This makes you more searchable, more findable, and establishes that authority that search engines and potential clients alike are looking for!

  • "I'm not sure if I can afford it right now."

We have to explore what the cost is of staying where we are, and what the cost is of trying to find these answers on our own. If it's helpful, there are additional payment plans at checkout.

  • "I just don't have the time to commit this month - will it be offered again?"

There aren't any plans to run this again, but you do have access to your dashboard for the forseeable future. If after the holidays works better for you, hold on to it and make a note to start then!

  • "I feel like my marketing is fine, it just isn't bringing in clients yet."

If you still have open spots to fill in your practice, it is always worth auditing what you have right now, and making changes. Sometimes, what we perceive as a minor change makes a big impact on our visibility.

  • "But what if I don't plan on using Instagram? Is it still worth it?"

Absolutely! Instagram is just a small piece of what we will be working on. But, what I will say, is it is worthwhile to at least set up your Instagram, and even post 6-9 posts to allow folks to get a look into you and your practice. It doesn't have to be on your weekly marketing repoirtoire, but it is a worthwhile corner of the internet to stake.

  • "I really need referrals now - will this still help?"

Yes and no. I am overly transparent that your visibiltiy and authority online takes time to build. By putting these things in place now, you are setting yourself up for the end of the year/2027. You can absolutely still keep up your current marketing efforts during this time, but immediate results are never a guarantee when it comes to SEO and LLMO done correctly.
